GL, LS and DL's able to recruit no matter what the requirement is
a suggestion posted just a second ago made me think of this...
the point of guild requirement, is to block people not 'good' enough for your guild, but at this moment, its mainly used to keep noobs from spamming guild requests.. therefor, i think that the GL, LS and DL's should be able to invite people into the guild, no matter what the requirement is... the DL's and LS [leader spouse] are assigned by the GL, and know what kind of people below the requirement are allowed in... especially for guilds where recruiting is completely locked down due to spamming/not trusting managers, this would be a very easy way to get around this problem till a good fix exists

Signed. It is annoying to remove and re-add the requirement each time i wanna join someone. Would be easier if requests sent by myself as gl and requests sent by dls (who i obviously trust cos they are already dls) would bypass all requirements.
