Unranked arena matches

Arena is fun, but sometimes you just wanna fight 1 specific person 1 on 1, without anyone bothering you, or without having to risk anything...

therefor, this:

When someone is signed up for arena, they are able to send a "friendly match" request to anyone else who is also signed up
A secondary button will also be available, to sign up for friendly matches only

Rules in a friendly match are the same as with any other match, the only diference is, that scores are not effected

Should a normal arena match become available to one of both players, the friendly match automaticly ends in a draw, and the player who did not get the match is informed about why their fight ended in a draw

Any questions or possible abuses, please post em, and ill see to it that the suggestion is improved

Why?

There are plenty of pk maps you can go to if you want to mess around.

Why waste time on this, when we need other things like new scarecrows and balancing out potency?

actualy i kind of like his idea this time. (and i dont often times.) and he already said the reason for not with the pk maps since ppl like to interupt. while that doesnt bother me (being i'm a mass pker anyways) i can understand the appeal of what he is suggesting this time.

Voted no because it's useless. Reason stated by buddha.

You can always do 1 vs 1 with a friend on any of the maps. There's always a spot in GW area, jail or PKA where you can do those fights.

@zedo, these fights would also get interrupted by new fights at arena. So you are still going to get interrupted.

is it guaranteed, can people just watch?

the idea is to have the advantages of arena [watchers are invisible and cant interfere]
but being able to choose who to fight, and without loosing points..

BP wont be balanced out, in TQ's eyes it is...
new scarecrows wont be added till lvl 140 is...

had you actually tried looking around, those are things you'd already know....

lol he was talking about his idea for mod and gm shaped scarecrows and stakes

Atleast on my server, it's easy to have 1 vs 1 matches. Even egys usually ask if they can join in the fight or not.

Also, is it really important to you to have people watch you fight? lol.

well, lucky you for having a server where egy's got atleast 1 braincell..
on mine they dont, if they can attack you, they will, even if they only do 1's...

and no it aint important, but if people arrange a match, it is more fun if others can watch [and not being bothered by those who watch, is a very big advantage]

And in same time u dont accidentally kill watchers then, lol.

So yea, it isn't the thing with primary importance to have, but i would like it.

its a pretty easy addition for CO to do, and it would be really well-liked...

[the 'must be signed up' limit is even there to prevent noobs from bugging you when you are not interested in arena]

I have voted no on some of your suggestions and yes on some, but I think that this is a good one.
Yes you could find a spot somewhere else but this would be a lot faster. Meh just my thought
